1. Data We Collect
Account Data
Name, email, company, country, and role — provided during signup.
Case Data (Workspace)
Concentrate specifications, assay data, commercial terms, and operational parameters submitted for evaluation. This may include grades, volumes, impurity levels, pricing terms, and logistics information.
Uploaded Files (Workspace)
Lab reports, assay certificates, contracts, and other documents uploaded for case evaluation. Files are stored in private cloud storage (Supabase Storage) accessible only to the case owner and authorized operators.
Demo Inputs
Text submitted through the public demo is processed in real-time and NOT persistently stored. Demo mode does not retain uploaded files or create permanent records.

- To provide valuations, counterparty matching, and operational intelligence
- To improve service quality and engine accuracy
- To communicate about your account and cases
- To maintain platform security and prevent abuse
3. What We Do NOT Do
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties
- We do NOT use customer case data to train public-facing AI models
- We do NOT publicly index case data or uploaded documents
- We do NOT share case details with other users or counterparties without your explicit authorization
4. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase, encrypted at rest)
- Access to case data is restricted to the case owner and authorized Meteoro operators
- API communications are encrypted via TLS
- Authentication is handled via secure token-based access
5. Demo Mode vs. Secure Workspace
Demo Mode (/demo): Illustrative. No persistent storage. No file uploads retained. No CRM records created. Suitable for evaluation only — not for sensitive commercial data.
Secure Workspace (/workspace): Authenticated. Private file storage. Persistent case records. CRM linkage. Operator review available. Designed for real commercial operations.
6. Data Retention
Workspace case data is retained for the duration of your active account. You may request deletion of specific cases or your entire account at any time. Upon deletion request, case data and uploaded files are permanently removed within 30 days.
7. Access and Deletion Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@meteoroai.com.
8. Audit and Logging
System actions on case data (creation, modification, access) are logged for security and auditability purposes. Logs are retained for 12 months.
9. Third-Party Services
Meteoro uses third-party services for infrastructure and AI processing:
- Supabase (database and file storage)
- Anthropic / Groq (AI processing — case data is processed but not used for model training)
- Render (application hosting)
- Resend (transactional email)
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
