Meteoro ("the Service") is an AI-assisted platform for evaluating and structuring physical commodity trading opportunities, currently in Private Beta. The Service provides preliminary valuations, counterparty matching, and operational intelligence for concentrates and refined metals.
The Service is in Private Beta. Features, availability, and outputs may change without notice. Outputs are preliminary and indicative. No output constitutes a binding offer, financial advice, or guaranteed execution.
Meteoro does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All valuations, scores, and recommendations are computational estimates for informational purposes. Users must independently verify all data and seek professional counsel before making trading decisions.
You retain ownership of all documents, assays, and data you upload. By uploading, you grant Meteoro a limited license to process and analyze the content solely for providing the Service to you. Uploaded files in the Secure Workspace are stored privately and not shared with third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Meteoro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data inaccuracies.
The platform, its engines, algorithms, and interfaces are the intellectual property of Meteoro. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
You agree not to submit sanctioned-party data, engage in market manipulation, or use the Service to circumvent trade compliance regulations. Meteoro reserves the right to terminate access for violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bogota, Colombia.
